As a child, policeman Young-In Jin watched alongside his friends as a meteorite crashed onto the Earth. But after discovering that the meteorite possesses supernatural properties, their excitement is quickly tempered by a tragic accident and they swear an oath to never touch it again. Years later, a group of masked criminals with supernatural powers pull off a bank heist, leading Young-In to suspect perhaps not everyone had kept their oath. As he begins to look deeper, he finds himself going down a road he would never have expected.
